Capitec bank is dishonest

On 22 March 2024 I wrote a review on the absolute terrible service I received from Capitec bank. They responded the same day and said they will resolve the issue regarding their absolute lack of any customer service within 5 working days. And since then? Absolute silence... Nothing!! No wait, someone from their credit side did phone to tell me to pay the whole outstanding loan amount that their insurance department should have paid... Really guys, be on the lookout for these people.. They will single handedly tank your credit score, demand insane amounts of money from you and áll this after their insurance department is the one at fault, not me. Really, be very careful with Capitec bank....
