Capitec bank is disgusting

Good day on saterday i bought R200 electricty from a guy the token he have send me does not work we chatted whole day and he told me his gonna sort it out when i phoned capitec custermor care line to reverse my R200 the lady told me she cannot involve herself my point is with other banks reverse is on the app capitec a person must phone and they phone the next client if that client say No then a person dont get you're money back which i feel is so wrong after i explain the situation i wont recommend anyone using capitec bank they are disgusting all i want is for them to help me reverse my money back.....
