Capitec Bank is disappointing

Utterly disappointed with Capitec bank service regarding relief measures during lockdown conditions. As a longstanding customers my trust in this institution has been totally destroyed. I am referring to personal experience concerning effective communication, response to queries and most importantly providing adequate relief measures. I am definitely switching to another bank.
