Capitec bank is ***

I have and had a bad experience with this Capitec bank, firstly I got paid in May of 2024 and the same day my banking app was hacked, and they stole all my money, I went to Capitec opened a ***** case and went to SAPS to get the a case number, took all the paperwork back to Capitec and all I was told they will let me know, it's June 2024, 3 weeks later and still no update or feedback. I keep getting this message, Thank you. The incident is an ongoing investigation, once there is feedback it will be communication. What the **** man. People don't bank with this bank coz this is a inside job.
