Capitec bank is bull****

I took a loan from Capitec, I have never skipped any instalment. Last month (February) my pay date changed and I made an arrangement with the bank to change the debit date. Everytime money came into my bank they were deducting until today. I went and requested a settlement letter and it came back with a huge amount. More than the balance I was aware off. Capitec what you are doing is ****************. *********** people their hard earned money. I pay every month but the money is not even decreasing.
