Capitec Bank is beyond USELESS!
I ordered tennis shoes from nike.com on the 24th of November 2023. After placing and paying for the order (money left my account), to my horror I discovered that the order didn't go through. Amount: R2049.95. I immediately informed Capitec and Nike of the failed transaction and on the 12th of December, Nike sent me official proof of the rejected order and payment. I also received an incident number from Capitec and have followed up SEVERAL times without any luck. They don't reply to emails, and every time I phone customer care, I'm transferred to a new consultant who just blurts out generic information about the supposed 'investigation'. I am now fed up and sick and tired of Capitec and their lies. The money blatantly left my account, Nike has done their bit, and here I am, six weeks later, without my money.
