Capitec Bank is bad business!!!!!!

Its been a week since I tried getting a small loan from Capitec. I asked them to advise a time if they need to call so I can be available, due to work, but they instead had a Watsapp bot set up to request documents and process everything. All was completed by Wednesday already and then the bot as well as Capitec just went silent. I tried contacting the bank like 20 or 30 times, no luck. What is up with this bank? Cant they afford quality employees and cant they even afford small loans to customers??? Its clear they know nothing about listening to their clients, assisting clients, and providing feedback, so I would like to escalate this matter to the Board of Directors!!!!! I am paying bank fees every month for 15 years now, and I will not be treated this way!!!!! Capitec will again answer to this post that they are looking into it, and then they do nothing again!!!!!! Perhaps it'll help if I post on the sharehoplders' LinkedIn pages so the whole world can see!!!!! I was sent the loan terms and 2other documents to read so long and I even agreed in response to that, but now this damn bank is just ignoring me!!!!!!!
