I just requested a settlement amount from after a struggling to paying of due to unemployment, my account is in arrears. i could easily use the money for my studies but im trying to be debt free since they call me every day and i have tried to negotiate for a small installment i have never missed a payment even thou it was lower than the initial install my account has not changed over a year. My settlement amount is high than the current balance, they say i must first get handed over than i will get a lower settlement amount. i guess being a good pay counts for sh*t...............
