#CAPITEC BANK IS A ****

After numerous attempts to get R5000 that I was ****med by Capitec, I have decided to switch banks. Especially, now because they refused to take responsibility for my parents pension money that was short last month. Capitec staff says it is their fault they were de*****ed money in Cape Town and Durban, but my parents told them they have never left SOWETO. But they never payed the ****med money back. So now as a lecturer that is working at a government college I advise the students to choose banks that will be accountable for their money especially because 90 percent of these learners are NSFAS beneficiaries. These learners also come from poor families so the money is important to them, imagine if they get ****med and are not payed back.
