CAPITEC BANK IS A *******

This must be the biggest ******* bank under the sun. Firstly they do not tell you when taking out a loan or credit card that they have fixed interest rates. Secondly, they do not reduce the interest owed if you pay in advance. Thirdly if you miss a payment they add additional interest to your account. Fourthly you do not get a settlement amount so do not encourage you to pay up earlier.

This is totally in contrast to everything I have ever been taught or know about banking principles.

As soon as my loans are paid up I WILL BE CLOSING MY ACCOUNTS AND WILL NO LONGER ADVISE PEOPLE TO USE THIS BANK. In fact, I will do the opposite and advise people to use the better and well-known banks.
