Capitec Bank is a playground for *****sters

At 1:32 am while I was sleeping there was a purchase of R7442 on my Capitec Credit Card in Kempton Park, how is that possible I had R4000 available balance on my credit, if it was me the transaction was going to reject and say insufficient funds, but on this *****ulent transaction Capitec allowed it why ?? I called them, im asking these questions they don't have answers, its so easy for *****sters at Capitec why
