Capitec bank is a nightmare full of headache
I was expecting to collect my salary from the ATM to pay my rent only to find out that the amount that was In my account was short, I went to the bank and queried what had happened only to be told that I have a recurring charge from techsavvy, I asked what is techsavy as I have not purchased or rendered any services from them I was told it was an online purchase.i asked again what is techsavy and what online purchase as I don't do that, and if u go on my account u would clearly see that it's only my 1 debit order for the unlimited group Netflix and YouTube premium.i explained to the consultant that this was not me that had made the purchase and requested for her to reverse the R700 and something as that was my rent money and I purchased and received nothing, she just smiled gave me a brochure as to how I can complain other than that she can just log an investigation which I have to wait, like what I pay capitec bank fees to keep my money, I pay capitec for a service, not the other way around.i need my money to keep the roof over my head and my husband that is disable from a stroke and my children that are in school.i am the only 1 that is working and she just said no we can't reverse we have to investigate 1st like what the hell, I got nothing from these ppl that took my money and now I gave my landlady the incident no. She doesn't care all she wants is her full rent by Tuesday, I ever so regret changing from African bank to capitec what a problem bank they prefer to see ppl hard innocent ppl on the streets with no compassion apparently I have to wait for the investigation when I asked how long she couldn't tell me WHT do I do by Tuesday if I don't get this money back is my family going to be on the streets because capitec chooses to protect ppl who ***** from innocent ppl, capitec is by far the worst unsafe bank ever. People of SA don't trust capitec honestly it's a nightmare I have terrible headaches right now how can people care for money more than people
