Capitec bank is a ****mer

Capitec bank is such a horrible horrible bank. I don’t recommend for anyone. On the 22nd of October 2024 between 07:00-07:30 I went to Bougainville shopping center Da****rt to deposit money R7000 and immediately the ATM machine went off line and it was out of order for a minute if not seconds then it came back on the money went in and I didn’t get any receipt or a message on my phone as I was depositing it for myself. I have stood by the machine making sure no one was using it until they opened at 08:00. Incident report was logged in and the gentleman assisting me said I will get a respond in 3 hours time. I was from work and I was awakened by a call after few hours and this lady told me that the money that was extra on the atm machine is R3600. I told them that was not the amount I deposited and she said they will do further investigations. I was the one who always calls and I have been going to the bank back and forth they are telling me it’s still under investigation. On the 24th I even asked for the bank manager she told me they will give me feed back around 17h00 I didn’t receive any call.I have been calling their call center since and till now iam still waiting for my money. I told them that I borrowed that money because I want to use it and I also want to give it to my family. The emotional stress these people have cause me is beyond repair it is too much. Right now as we speak I’m financially stranded and they don’t care!!!!
