Capitec bank is a Joke of a Bank

what a joke of a bank I went to this bank on Friday the 24th of January to apply for a personal loan and they offered me R141 000 loan and before I signed the loan they told me that I need to cancel my pending offer of R92 000 at Nedbank as they said its blocking them to finalize my offer as the Bureau was flagging my application as reckless lending . I went to Nedbank and they cancel my offer as instructed by me and I was told I need to give the system a couple of days to clear .To my surprise I went into a Capitec branch on Tuesday 28th of Jan and I am told that the organization I am working for is flagged on the credit bureau after questioning that statement they change the story to I do not meet minimum requirements .Ok that is good and fair I am know requesting a report as to the requirements that I do not meet and they are unable to provide that report as they claim they do not issue such reports for clients.I asked them to tell me what is the requirement that I do not meet still they where unable to.

The reason I challenged them to tell me what requirement I do not meet I know for a fact that I have a very healthy credit profile and it is very unlikely that I will not qualify for a loan at Capitec bank of all banks. what a waste of my time and energy to even consider banking with such an unprofessional bank I am glad I did not take a risk of actually making this joke of a bank my main bank . Its sad that there are still people who consider this bank their main bank and one day when they need it the most they will be so dissapointed.
