Capitec bank is a ****. Is not a Bank

Capitec bank is a **** ,i wish people can just stay away from this bank i am so hurt and disappointed. I received notification of cash withdrawal while I'm sitting in my house with my bank card. R3200 + R40 withdraw fee .. There was no money fortunately in my account . negative balance of R3200 was reflecting in my Balance. i called the bank to inquire about these transaction i was told i withdrawn money in April the bank release the money while the was insufficient money on my account, what the hell is that ?. If i have insufficient money why the bank is not declining the transaction?. This happened to my entrepreneurs account now they are eating any money that is coming to both entrepreneurs and my saving accounts. My heart is bleeding .
