Capitec Bank is a *****

Yesterday I made a deposit of 800 for someone, your ATM jammed when fishing the transaction and went blank. The staff from the Bank failed to assist me cause they told me it's past their working time it was 18:10pm and they close at 18:00pm. Called their support number and I was given a reference. This morning I went to the bank, they told me the head office will handle it by 10am I will get my money. Up until now there's nothing.

Capitec has a huge problem in looking after its clients,they just don't care, the staff lacks everything they always say they don't know anything. But they are dealing with peoples money. I want my money back cause cause this is unfair
