Capitec bank is a disapoitment
I am really disappointed with this bank with this bank ,the paused my money from being used it only show on balance,I went to the branch I even submited an affidavit and they said I should wait for feedback and after days they only activate money from 1 account and the other account it still stuck with R1500.when I follow up on WhatsApp they say documents were not received ai this bank I will never use it again for saving now I can't even buy stationary for my kids while I have money

18 Nov 2025, 11:01It been a year now but still haven't received my money.i can see it stuck on balance and giving me R2 interest in my account but can't access it the money,I tried emailing Capitec ***** after I saw my case was closed but still money wasn't on my account.that means I will never get my money
