Capitec Bank is a bank that refuses to protect their customer's money from *****sters,I mean I have 2 companies that authorised a mandate on my account without me signing with them a contract and deducted my money for rent and Capitec is telling me that they can't reverse that money.i know that all the banks has the power to reverse any debit that a client is querying especially if I have proof of not having contract with them.so how is it difficult for Capitec to reverse it? I mean my whole salary is gone and if this is how they want to treat me I will go to Ombudsman
