Capitec bank is a **** bank

Capitec Bank wronged me or can i say they ****med with ****mers? The debt counsellors approached me then promise they will help me to pay my debts. When i start noticing that the debt counsellors are not paying my debts that's when i approach the bank (brunch) to request assistant in advising what to do, they said the is nothing they can do on their side because even if i change account i will still get debited by the debt counsellors. I have close to 10 month dealing with this matter but no assistant. now i'm thinking of taking my business somewhere since this bank is useless.
