Capitec bank is a ******** **** bank

I've been waiting since OCTOBER 16 for capitec to respond of a ***** case but it seem like capitec bank is a home for every ******** they know that one you loose money with capice they will never repay or you won't get it back. I was told to wait for 24 day but is December and there is nothing that gives hope for me getting my money . Why can't they just take there license because I guess am not the only person who has a bad experience with capitec. What so ever they said there is nothing that is happening all am getting is they come back to me. With what that I lost my money and there is nothing they can do. I hate this bank is really giving ********s a hand with all that ********s do. I think they actually working with capitec to **** us and capitec bank allows them and not even making follow up or even give updates
