Capitec bank is a **** and they stole my R15000 from my account.

I had R15000 that I had kept in my Capitec bank account and wanted to use it for my building project, on the 1st of June 2025 I transferred that money to my builder and did pay and clear , days later he had not received it so I went to the Sunninghill branch to find out what's happening and they said they don't know what to tell me and they will investigate. The following day I was referred to the Rosebank branch where I sat there while they called head office from 10am till 6:30pm with no solution until one of the managers said they might have used my moneyto give someone a loan not knowing I will want to use it and said they will call me the following day with an update before 12pm of which they never called, today is the 5th of June and I am from the Woodmead branch and they told me to call head office because there is nothing they can help me with.What's irritating is no one knows where my money is, they acknowledge that the mistake is theirs but have no solution. I feel ****med by the bank I have been banking with for years and trusted. Capitec bank is not a proper bank it is an aweful loan shark that uses other people's monies for a loan. I need help getting my money back since every branch I have been to refuses to help me or give me a clear answer.
