Capitec Bank is A **** and a Bunch of *****sters.

Once again, I am not happy about how my *****elent transaction case ia being handled. I will be escalating the matter to the ombudsman of banking services. The Banking Association of South Africa and NCR should really consider its license with Capitec. Their work ethic is appauling towards handling ***** cases. Staff members work on the client care department and ***** department is unsatisfactory and inefficient. The informatiom provided is in adequate and they cannot even give answers on all my questions. Our monies are not safe. People should jump ship because this is a sinking ship. They have no empathy towards their clients
