Capitec bank is a ****

Capitec is the worst bank ever, a **** of a bank I wrote here and they phoned me to come in to the branch with certain things so that they will unfreeze my account. I went there with what they requested and still refused to open my account.. next thing I saw money coming out of my account.. if my account is closed how are they able to take out money from it... I need my account opened so that I will take out my money and close this **** bank
