CAPITEC BANK IS A **** !

I’m experiencing the worst experience with Capitec . I’ve had a policy with them since 2020 and on the day that I claim they are not paying my money . I’m gonna take my policy to another bank. Don’t ever bank nor having insurances with them . They won’t pay out your heard earned money . They keep on making promises and excuses on the phone but no one pays out my money . I want my money. I put in the claim on Monday and today is Friday .
