Capitec bank is a ****

Capitec decided to put a debit order early on my account and charge me an unpaid debit order fee without my knowledge. Money comes in my capitec account every 20th of the month without fail and I've never missed a debit order for my insurance. I told their consultant when I first took the insurance that I get paid on the 20th of the month irrespective of weather its a weekend or not and I was advised to then let my insurance debit date been the 25th to avoid this and all this year's this has never been an issue. In December my debit was always taking after the 20th but this month capitec bank decided to debit on the 14th without even asking. If I had not been with their insurance for this long I would've long cancelled it and closed their account which they refuse to debit from my other bank for the insurance
