Capitec Bank: Interest in interest. Dubble Dipping
I have my account with Capitec for close to 15 years. My salary date is and also been on the 26th of each month. When I app**** for a loan for renovations to my house I clearly stated and they have access to my account of when my salary comes in. But for the last year the are debting my account on the 25th of the month, reverse it again on the 26th and charge me extra interest on the loan. I have never, never defaulted on my payments because put a hold on the account until the debit order goes off. Paying interest on interest is the fine print they do not tell you.
