CAPITEC BANK - INTEREST HUGE ISSUE

I took a loan in 2013 for 99700 to consolidate debt , little did I know that I will not be in a financial position the year following to pay them as needed, so I got granted a court order, via debt rescue which , no longer represents me, as I have struggled from 2017 for debt rescue to assist me with my interest problem at capitec which is 31 %, now my problem is the bank keeps on charging me 31 % interest , they know I don't have money that's why I went under debt review, my loan is sitting on 177 500.00 after I have paid back about 80 000 odd something , so they are making back so far 2 times more because of interest if this continues it will become 3 times and so forth , CAPITEC is not really willing to assist it seems the agents I speak to are abrupt and tell me I need to send an email for whatever my request is , I would like to pay them but this is becoming a terrible big amount , I do not recommend this bank or anybody to trust any loan with such high interest ,

I WAS NOT ASSISTED, I HAVE TO GO BACK TO DEBT RESCUE TO GET ASISTANCE , POOR BANK POOR SERVICE RIPPING THE PUBLIC OFF WITH REDICULOUS INTEREST RATES I WILL NOT LEAVE IT HERE , 30.4% INTEREST , PAYING BACK 150 000.00 MORE THAN WHAT MY LOAN WAS THANKS FOR NO HELP.
