Capitec Bank Insurance Policy

I had a very bad experience... With Capitec... A bank that I have been using for so many years.. Since 2009. When I started working.

I will never recommend capitec bank policy to anyone... On their Insurance Policy.. Capitec banks are ******.. They are big ********... There was a lady that kept calling me.. Saying they are looking forward on checking my policy... On how it landed on lapsing...

She tried to explain... Whilst I kept standing.. Asking her since when my policy has outstanding policies from Previous years.. Except fr October 2019???

How possible that...i did not lapse?? Bt It kept on deducting... I even asked.. On the 7th of January... When I hve went to Mdantsane City Branch their Consultant confirmed 1 outstanding installment fr 2018...January on the 7th..

I always pay with the App.. Since November 2020...because I'm getting Uif... Their consultant who was calling me... Confirmed to me that Capitec Bank Consultant are not well trained..So is clearly saying their consultant gave me false information regarding my policy.. So she is saying even their appis not accurate... App always shows 1 Month installment outstanding.. When I was asking.. Where did my money go from November 2020..to April 1..whey they stopped my policy...

The Consultant that gave me call confirmed inaccuracy of their app... Whilst my account shows that I was paying....with their app.. Because She cannot answer exactly why did stop my policy..

Because they have stopped already the policy... So I must suffer the consequences of them not updating... The fault is on their side & knowing it clearly they are putting blame on me....

Meaning... They don't update.. Paying from their app is a loss.. It's not accurate...

Lastly... They do not update.. Because... They stopped the policy on the 1st of April.. Bt I went to the branch on the 7th of January... Paid January on the app already... With 1 month outstanding..

Then paid on the app on the 5th of February... Bt they went to deduct on the 9th???

I did not pay March... 1st of April they stopped the policy..

Bt they were suppose to deduct on the 6th..

Capitec Bank Insurance Policy they are best of ******.....

It's very sad that we lost jobs... Due to covid 19 pandemic and insures still eating people money..

Your main concern is to generate money...

Capitec Bank Insurance Policy & Holland Insurance Policy are the Worst..
