Capitec bank *********** ******!!!!

Requested settlement amount for my capitec loan account in 2015 which I was advised by they're legal agent that it was handed to creditworx for collection. Got in touch with creditworx, paid settlement amount which they confirmed receipt. In 2019 I start receiving emails from MBD collecting for the same loan account that was paid off in 2015, lodged a complaint with Capitec *** which after 5 days they confirmed settlement amount was received in 2015 but account was not closed, which they said they have notified MBD to close the account and update credit profile. Today I'm notified by my bank that they cannot help with my bond application because MBD has a judgment on my credit profile for a capitec loan account, this is the same account paid off in 2015. I called capitec Bank and getting the same run around of having to lodge a query for investigation while my life is on a stand still due to an unfair judgment. Capitec is a nonsense bank and will be taking the matter further to the credit ombudsman.
