Capitec Bank incompetency

I was ****med online from my bank account last week of October 2023, i went to report the matter to Mmabatho branch on the 1st of November where i was advised to send proof of payment( statement) my ID copy and an avidavit from police station. I submitted all the required information the same day, then the consultantant who assisted me kept on asking if i received an SMS from Capitec. I left the branch thinking the SMS was delayed somehow it will soon reflect. To my supprise no communication was sent. Now today the 13 November 2023 i went to enquire at the branch, only to be told i was supposed to have sent the case No..

I went to police station to open a case, this to me means that nothing has been done since the 1st November.

I am utterly dissapointed at how the matter was handled, the incompitence of official who works at ***** department is indescriberble, her attitude was horrible even when i went to report on the first November. I dont know why do we still call Capitec a bank cause its despecable! I am trying to recover thousands of rands but tge way im treated is horrible.

Today i asked of the turnaround time, the consultant who assisted me said he does not know, im soo out of words at the moment. I feel like saving at capitec is worthless! Yet we pay for every transaction but our hard eaned money is not safe at all, those people who are employed to assist at ***** department( at least the one who assisted on the 1st) made me feel like i am nothing, i wonder how will i even get my money, after so much delay.. i am dissapointed at Capitec bank!
