Capitec Bank incompetence and association with PSG

On 7 August I visited Capitec Bank Fourways Mall to apply for a Credit Card because of my association with PSG and the fact that my American Express Gold charge card is not widely accepted. The consultant would not give me an application form and said that my application had to be referred to Head office together with the documents I provided including 3 month Bank Statements, proof of income, ID, ETC ETC. After a week I visited the Branch to follow up and found the Branch closed for renovations. I then wrote to Capitec complaints Dept who responded requesting the same documents and telling me to make contact with Loans Dept. I did not apply for a loan or need one. I will now abandon my application and review my association with PSG
