Capitec bank I want my money

I had a debt with capitec bank last month I was retrenched submitted all my documents cause all they debt comes with insurance this morning funds were transferred to my account they debited me called to enquire and said I didn't make a payment arrangement they will only refund me 50% which they did but now I fail to understand how do they debit me even after they know I'm unemployed then I tell them I'm waiting for my uif money so let. me make a an arrangement and they say they can't cause I was retrenched so they are actually contradicting themselves all I'm asking is for capitec to refund me all my money nd I can pay what I can afford this is not fair at all
