May you please submit my pension withdrawal forms to Alexander Forbes. My last day working at Capitec was 25 October 2023 and to date Alexander Forbes still has not received my documents and they always ask me for a claim number which i cannot seem to find from Capitec HR.

All i am asking for is feedback so i can plan my life accordingly. Just reach out to ke and update me on the progress or tell me if there is something you need from me to be able to action my Alexander forbes cliam.

When i left everything was handled as it was supposed to. If there was a mistake somewhere please let me know so i can rectify or send what you need
