Capitec Bank HR Horror

It’s been over two months and trying to get any feedback from either Capitec Bank or Alexander Forbes is proving to be a very tedious one sided conversation because AF keeps referring me back to Capitec Bank’s HelloHR and I’ve realised they don’t respond unless you’re threatening to complain about the disservice received

I would like to find out when I am receiving my money because last week I told my claim had been escalated to AF yet they still have no knowledge of this said claim, I’ve followed every step on the off boarding process material and 12 weeks later I’m still waiting for feedback from an incident that was supposed to be concluded six weeks ago

I won’t stop writing these reviews until I see my money in my account
