Capitec bank has security dictator methods

Every loyal consultant at capitec bank will tell you their bank is the best technologically advance, convenient, easy to use.

Well I was a victim of the same **** picture.

Recently bought from a ********** site and assumed I used my FNB account, only to find I actually used capitec. FNB wanted me to fill in a form so they can refund me, but guess what? Capitec told me the case was given to a department that cannot be contacted telephonically, has no turnaround time, and it's been over 16 days.

My advice; If you want convenience, Capitec is not an option.
