Capitec bank has poor customer service worst than a supermarket.
Poor service , none of the customer service agents takes ownership to help you. one hand does know what the other hand is doing oh and they can lie wow you send a complaint no one replies , for such a simple query they take you on a bus ride. their service is pathetic man , for a corporate bank they service to good clients is bad . you will never win no accountability from Capitec.
