Capitec Bank has no client service

My girlfriend went to deposit money at Capitec Dobsenville Mall Soweto. They are still using those old AtM where you deposit you slot the money. After she deposited she could feel the money it's being shredded. She didn't get any confirmation from her phone or no slip. She immediately reported the problem to the staff that where still at the bank and they told her to come back tomorrow. They opened the case. ***. And the case was immediately declined and closed. It's been over 3 days she has been going at bank with no help. Capitec branches has no client service and I am sure is not the only one.
