Capitec Bank has allowed an unauthorized debut order from "DYNAMIC' to go through

The single star rating is rather generous in this regard. I have been with Capitec Bank for years now, and random ****mers seem to still have access to my account. A random debit order, I am certain I did NOT agree to was permitted and charged in my account. What's troubling is that even though us clients can reverse the debit order/s, we are still charged for the reversal by Capitec Bank. How about they improve their security system and keep ********s from accessing our accounts so there's no need for a reversal and additional charges on our (THEIR CLIENT'S) behalf. So much for an affordable bank, when we're charged for unsolved ******** acts. I DON'T KNOW WHO DYNAMIC ARE, and I'm certain they are ****mers given access to debit orders on my account. I am disappointed that I'm charged for this.
