Capitec bank handed over my account without notice

I took a personal loan with and due to the illness of my father who had cancer I eas having difficulties repaying frequently since I was paing for hi medical expenses.I app**** for debt review and was granted. However my father later passed on and my financial situation improved.I app**** and was removed from Debt review. I went to Capitec and requested tem to debit my account every month but they refused.I fell behind with payments but I eventually paid off the arreas in July.End of July I got a message from lawyers that my Capitec loan account has been handed over to them.Capitec Bank did not even give me a notice about this. I am very much disappointed I like this and I bank with Capitec , a debit order on my account wold not have been a problem.Iam aggrieved by this since its affecting my credit score.
