CAPITEC BANK GREEDYNESS
i am currently under debt review for almost two years now and for those months my debt councilors has has paid all the creditors to date and Capitec is one of them and o n the 15th when my salary got paid into my account CAPITEC went and debited my account with almost 1500 i am still stressed as i need that money for my Child's birthday and to buy food in my house i sent so many emails on Thursday and i called so many times and all the agents i get trough to transfers me from pillar to post and still to date i have not received my refund i am taking this to the OMBUDSMAN today !!!!!!

21 Dec 2022, 07:22it is past 24 hours and Capitec still has not gotten back to me they promised to refund my money i have only received one phone call from Capitec and two emails promising me high and low that my query will be sorted out today is business day 5 and this is the the way i get treated even with a complaint on hello peter they still are not sorting out my matter UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!! I am now taking this further then hello peter
