CAPITEC BANK grabs money from my account when every they like!

Terrible arrogant bank, I had money transferred to me to be precise R2000.00, then Capitec decided to take R1500+ for my debit orders without me authorizing it. This was money meant for registration fees and school uniform for my child. I phoned Capitec and asked them to reverse the debit orders as I did not authorized for any debit orders to go off as it was only the 11th of December 2024 and I do not get bonus or early pay. They are willing to reverse the payment but then they will charge me R50.00 per transaction, in this case R200.00. Who gives them the right to change dates as they like. This is not the first time this happened. I've been fearful for a while now to leave money in my savings account especially around the end of the month as Capitec feel they have the right to break contract when ever they like. My debit orders are supposed to go off on the 29th of each month, as per the contract between me and Capitec, (Contracts are binding) but they will take money at any time they like leaving me red faced at a restaurant, in grocery stores and even putting fuel. AS OF THIS MONTH I WILL NO LONGER HAVE MY SALARY PAID INTO A CAPITEC ACCOUNT I WILL OPEN AN ACCOUNT ELSEWHERE. Capitec has become arrogant and are not the people's bank they used to be.
