capitec bank gave torn 200 from the ATM

im an absa banking client as each , every bank allows us to withdraw to it ATM I went to Capitec bank to withdraw, deposit money but at there ATM when I received the money one 200 note was torn, I reported the matter inside the bank, I was assisted by one of the consultants, he took that 200 put it in an envelop, took the slip I got from the ATM, he made a copy, gave it to me. as he assured me my money will be reversed in seven working days but I haven't received the money till now, I called there helpline which the lady who answered she just told me she cant even tell me how the money will be reversed to me hence the consultant from mamelodi crossing capitec bank failed to tell me
