Capitec Bank Funeral Cover its a Nightmare !!!!!!!

The worst service ever nightmare when it come to claim the funeral cover they take for ever to pay you out still waiting for my payout it takes the 5 days to access the policy . I never had any problem with other policies they pay within 48 hrs with no hassles. This one no communication until you give them a call and even the agents are not well informed about the product, the know nothing no accurate information provided, you will be sent form one pillar to pillar with no clarity.

Its a waste of time an energy unnecessary The wrong claim was sent to my email with someone`s information, its a disaster im so disappointed.

Even now no payment made into my account for my father since the 21/11/2019
