Capitec Bank funeral Cover

Capitec bank funeral cover is useless, especially if you bank with them. They will deduct as and when they please no matter what the agreement was and they can't reverse it because you signed up for it. Pure nonsense, I signed up for their funeral cover to start at a particular date but they signed me up for earlier and debit my account. When you try reverse it they reject it because you signed up for it. so me signing up for a product with capitec gives them the right to go into my account and deduct as and when they please? Even when specified when it should start? Nonsense, now they telling me I can't reverse it even when I want to cancel it, so they got away with my money and there's nothing I can do. Yet you pride yourself with good service, is the service based on who you are? If you want to have any products with Capitec bank do not bank with them, they will do as they please in your account and you cannot do anything about it. I spoke with Ash Osman and Katlego Kutoane from their call centre and all they do is read what their told, no empathy no nothing.... how ridiculous!
