Capitec bank funeral claims

It's been over a week I still haven't received my claim and they say I have outstation document I have been submitting them daily for the past 5 days but still no progress and worse the call center says that the claims department doesn't have a phone/ direct line and they only reachable through email yet they don't even attend to thier emails
