Capitec bank funeral claims

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction about Capitec funeral claims on behalf of my mother. They refused to pay out the full cover amount because of 1 of the id numbers was incorrectly captured by one of their agents in Herm**** branch. I had the similar issue with Sanlam but they asked me to do affidavit and the claim was paid out without any issues.
