Capitec Bank **********

My salary was transferred through internet banking from my account number through this bank. Whereas my interest banking was never activated since I have been their client. They want to investigate the case for 8business days. No notification was send to me when transactions happened and my app was not working and my cellphone banking. No communication with the owner of the account before releasing of the funds. Capitec bank is a disaster bank no safety at all and their security is questionable. I want my money back. They don't have security measures in place.. They couldn't reverse my money whereas is list in the bank. I made a case which is not taken serious. Just want to earn the people who are banking with these bank is not safe st all.
