CAPITEC BANK **********

I have a loan at Capitec bank and has always paid my loan account in time by debit order the account has never been in arears. I am currently banking with Absa and as i was planning to do some Xmas Shopping on the weekend i transvered some cash i saved to my Absa account, only to find out today the money is not in my account, i draw a statement and saw that Capitec decided to take my loan installment on the 18th of December which is only due on month end. I phone their customer care line but the lady could not assist me she said i would have to bring them a statement from my bank to show that the instalment went through and give proof that that the money i deposted was not my salary, futhermore their excuse was that they did this because i received money into my bank account and that this is December month. First of all they have no right to look into my other accounts end secondly it is theft to take money out of somebodies account anytime you want to without consent. and lastly Thank you Capitec For making sure my kids will not get a Xmas present this year for x-mas.
