Capitec Bank *****, theft and impersonation.

Went to a Shoprite inside which only 1 bank is available and its Capitec, so i did a withdrawal of R2000 and the money did not come out however it did dispense from my bank balance so i call the manager and advised this is the problem so the manager explained a lot of people is having this problem with Capitec bank so i laid a complaint from the 31/01/2021 still today i have not received my R2000 however when I complained the customer care and complaint department of Capitec bank only say that is did not use there bank however in Shoprite the manager got the footage that i did use the bank however Capitec advising there doing an investigation and so i thought maybe their will request a footage but all there do is send emails to other banks asking if there have and over flow which i don't understand, now the bank is calling me a **** and also mocks me and embarrassed me, I just don't get it in Shoprite mount Edgecombe we only have 1 bank called Capitec but The bank is still so determined i used a standard bank and then their said I used a absa bank i feel their are so unprofessional for not knowing what's happening with their clients however i am proving them wrong so i called the shop asking for a footage check on the bank name again and on myself so what i checked on i found i was correct, so if the bank don't even know their have a capitec machine inside Shoprite so that's a ***** for incorrect branding on an ATM Machine also theft on clients money whereby capitec take the money and blames another bank and for impersonation to other banks, HOW DID I GET STUCK WITH THIS *********** BANK?
