CAPITEC BANK ***** ONLINE LIMITS NOT WORKING

Capitec Bank is not a reliable bank your money is not safe When you bank with Capitec Bank, My girlfriend made a mistake by withdrawing R36000 instead of R360 via online on my account that had a R4000 Online daily limit but the R36000 still was mistakenly withdrawn once I find out I called Capitec Bank immediately and asked them for Reversal and they said they will try to reverse it but it's gonna take 14 days and even if they are not successful they gonna charge me for that how can they fail to reverse funds that were withdrawn within an 1 hour and their online daily limits fail to do it's job to protect their client and now they want me to wait 14 days not even sure if I will get my money back
